VoltAir Consulting Engineers (VoltAir) has an internal recruiting department and will NOT accept unsolicited resumes or pay fees for placements resulting from them. All resume submissions to any VoltAir employee and/or representative must first go through VoltAir’s authorized personnel or its designee for approval. Although VoltAir may supplement its internal recruiting capability from time to time with assistance from temporary staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agencies”), Recruiters are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact VoltAir employees directly in an attempt to present candidates.

To protect the interests of all parties, VoltAir will NOT accept unsolicited resumés from any source other than directly from a candidate. All unsolicited resumés sent to VoltAir, including unsolicited resumés sent to a VoltAir mailing address, fax machine, or email address, directly to VoltAir employees, or to VoltAir’s resumé database will be considered VoltAir property.

Recruiting vendor agreements will only be valid if in writing and signed by VoltAir’s authorized personnel or its designee.
