Shorecrest Preparatory School, Athletics Center and Maintenance Building Upgrades

Project Description

Project includes a new athletic center approximately 34,000-SF that will include two full size basketball courts, a food concession area with a commercial kitchen, separate varsity and junior varsity boys and girls locker/shower rooms, large fitness room, office spaces, and equipment storage rooms. Maintenance building scope included miscellaneous electrical upgrades to an existing facility.

Electrical engineering services consisted of the design of lighting, power, and raceway system for low voltage technology systems within the facility. The design included a new electrical service to the new Athletic Center and re-feeding the Science and Technology and the Middle School facility, fire alarm system, lightning protection, load calculations, plans, schedules, and technical specifications.
