Project Description

Renovation of an existing 10-story high-rise bank into a 51 unit high-rise condominium. Ten of the units will be unique per the architectural designs. The design also includes valet covered lobby, roof top atrium and pool, retail stores, restaurants, interior build-out and covered parking spaces.

Also included: new two-story amenity deck, pool, private garage (shell conditioned) lower level open garage and connection bridge.
