Project Description
Restoration of a 1903 historical waterworks building into a 240-seat, two-story, waterfront restaurant and brewery that includes a brew house that features six kettles, a circular stainless steel Baracoa grill oyster bar, a beer garden and a rooftop bar. This also includes the restoration of Ulele Springs, Tampa’s first drinking water source, which runs alongside the restaurant.
