Project Description

Wendell Watson Elementary School’s HVAC systems were replaced, including the chiller, pumps and appurtenances in the chiller yard, all internally-lined ductwork, all mechanical equipment, and all above-ground chilled water piping. The project included conducting work in nine separate campus buildings. Other infrastructure replacements included upgrading the school’s fire alarm system (a new fully addressable system throughout the entire campus), installing new lighting in Buildings 1-6, upgrading the power systems serving the mechanical equipment, and entirely replacing the existing underground chilled water piping.

VoltAir provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services on the project.
